You are an eater that is emotional not really understand it. Lots of people when you look at the test groups for my book that is new Can Drop It!—in which I describe the way I destroyed 100 pounds by eating carbohydrates, chocolate, and convenience food—claimed to not be emotional eaters: “we simply did not discover how to consume, and this system may help me do this.” Then 2 months later on they are going to get back to me personally and state, “and so i never thought I became an psychological eater, but my kid just went to the ER this weekend, and I also found myself during the vending machine. Like, I experienced a difficult eating episode.”
Well, yeah! All of us are psychological eaters. There is no one individual that is perhaps not a emotional eater.
